Flush Head Pins
Unthreaded locating pins with a flush head, 3 to 6 mm.

Studs that press in flush, M2 to M8, lengths 5 to 50 mm.
Flush head studs are pressed into a drilled or punched hole until the head sits flush with the sheet. The serrated head locks against rotation and the sheet flows into the undercut, giving a permanent, high-strength threaded stud in sheet as thin as 1 mm.
Full dimensions, preferred lengths and installation / push-out / torque-out performance data are shown in the datasheet below, taken from the self-clinching fasteners catalogue.

Unthreaded locating pins with a flush head, 3 to 6 mm.

Hex-head clinch studs for high torque, M5 to M10.

High-strength studs designed for thin sheet metal.

Flush studs that disturb the sheet very little, close to edges.

Studs fitted into a blind hole so the reverse side stays untouched.

Flush studs for very thin sheet metal.
