Flush Head Studs
Studs that press in flush, M2 to M8, lengths 5 to 50 mm.

Flush studs that disturb the sheet very little, close to edges.
Low displacement studs need less installation force and displace less material, so they can be placed closer to the edge of the sheet and to bends without distorting the part.
Full dimensions, preferred lengths and installation / push-out / torque-out performance data are shown in the datasheet below, taken from the self-clinching fasteners catalogue.

Studs that press in flush, M2 to M8, lengths 5 to 50 mm.

Unthreaded locating pins with a flush head, 3 to 6 mm.

Hex-head clinch studs for high torque, M5 to M10.

High-strength studs designed for thin sheet metal.

Studs fitted into a blind hole so the reverse side stays untouched.

Flush studs for very thin sheet metal.
